While I was recovering from recent orthopaedic surgery, having to wear a cast was a real challenge - literally. The cast had restricted my mobility greatly, making everyday activities like showering and getting dressed a tedious task.

But then I discovered this fantastic product that made all the difference. It was easy to assemble, lightweight, and designed specifically for post-operative patients like me. I found it really helped with regaining my strength and flexibility - and it's been a huge relief.

I had been given surgery, which required me to be discharged from the hospital. The GP told me I needed 7 plaster pads and 2 pairs of pants, with instructions for a dressing change. However, these were not suitable due to an issue with fit.

I tried adjusting my position as well as trying out different types of pads, but it was clear that I still needed more than just these items. My wife suggested ordering the Men's pants online, which arrived promptly and made a significant difference in our daily lives.

The new pants were incredibly easy to change into, even with an edge stop for blood, and they padded well. Being disposable and reasonably priced, the need to wash them was eliminated as soon as I changed my dressing. The only downside was that the material below the waistband was fragile, but this wasn't a major concern.

I did notice that the pants had frilly legs - something I'm not sure anyone would be looking for - and they appeared quite fancy, which is not exactly what I had in mind when ordering. However, it's worth noting that only a few days are left before my surgery, so this may have been just an oversight on my part.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the solution to our problem. My wife has been able to alleviate my discomfort and reduce my reliance on her to change my dressing, which is a huge relief.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from this retailer on 4 October 2025 for £16.90. The price has skyrocketed to £29.99 just last week, and today I was shocked to see it jump again to an even higher price of £32.40. Despite being assured by the seller that they would pass on my concerns about the prices to their team, I'm now left with a £15.50 price tag.

I've worn these pants for several days now, and I must say, they have held up admirably. The material is comfortable and well-made, with no signs of wear or leaks. They fit perfectly as intended, and I've received numerous compliments on them from family members who've had the pleasure of wearing them.

However, my experience has been marred by the retailer's "dynamic pricing" policy. It seems that prices are adjusted based on real-time demand, which is both frustrating and unfair to consumers like myself who simply want a fair price for their products. Given the significant price increase over the past few days, I've had little choice but to look elsewhere for a more affordable option.

I'm removing my rating for this purchase because of the substantial price hike I experienced in just six days. Now I'm forced to search for a new brand that offers quality pants at a reasonable price.
