I purchased one of these & was sent 12 in error, company was advised & said to keep them ! I can vouch for them, used throughout the summer & they take away days of scratching & soreness. For some mossie bites I used a couple of times & job done. They are brand new & boxed as they came - unopened. I forgot about them & found in cupboard ! They have instructions & 2 new batteries in the box. I am selling 10 of these - this is for 1 x insect bite healer. I am not a business so don’t do returns.
