In excellent condition. One of the brakes needs tightening as the metal bracket that contacts the wheel to brake doesn’t reach the wheel but once tightened, this will be back working fine. Otherwise in excellent condition, with very light previous use. Please ensure you are happy with condition and the fact that only one side of brakes works properly at the moment & the other will need tightening.
