Cobolt Speechmaster Talking Colour Detector. A useful talking colour detector / colour identifier designed as a visual aid. It speaks the detected colour when held against a surface, making it useful for identifying clothing, paper, household items and other coloured objects. Included are the Cobolt Speechmaster unit, instruction leaflet and earpiece. The earpiece appears unused and is still in its packet.
