This item is for 18 used handset and 18 wall brackets. There are 18 available in total, all in working order when system removed. You will be sent all the pictured handsets when bought. Instructions on reprogramming and use are available online with Courtney Thorne. They take 4 AA batteries. Any questions please ask.
