Eggs are one of the most common food allergen, and people who are allergic to chicken eggs often are allergic to other types of eggs such as goose, duck and quail eggs. Symptoms typically appear shortly after touching or consuming eggs in the form of skin reactions, respiratory problems, stomach pain, and less commonly anaphylaxis.
