Product Reviews

Name: Review:
The product has been a game changer for my mum's daily life, allowing her to navigate through everyday tasks with greater ease and independence. The sight issues are particularly alleviated by this device, as she no longer struggles to read small print or identify shapes. Despite some initial concerns about the sturdiness of the build, we've found it to be surprisingly robust considering its price point.

We were a bit skeptical at first, but overall I'm very happy with our decision to purchase this product for my mum. It's clear that it's not going to last forever - you can tell it's made well and built to withstand regular use.

The phone's big buttons and simple menu system made it easy for me to get started, with clear icons that I didn't need much guidance on. The volume settings worked well when I was hard of hearing, but the picture quality was really disappointing - even at the highest resolution, the images looked more like watercolour paintings than actual photos. The manual was tiny and had to be enlarged or scanned to read it effectively; I couldn't help but think that this was a major oversight for new users.
