You are buying one item. This cover is designed to cover connections on ports, IV’s etc to keep them clean and also helps prevent kinks around the port. Also if you have long hair stops your hair getting caught in them! They can also be a deterrent from little fingers playing with ports and accidentally opening it. They are made of 2 layers. Cotton on outside and brushed cotton on inside to absorb any spills with popper closures. They can be hand washed in warm water and dried flat. Snap colours and colour of fabric on inside may vary and pattern placement will vary. If you require a slightly different size please ask and I can make something to suit your requirements
