I'm looking forward to finally getting this thing I've been hearing about for years, and I must say that does what it says. It's a bit of an awkward purchase, though - they really stuffed in a massive phone-sized battery pack as per the specifications.

The instruction manual is a real showstopper, by the way. The font size is laughably tiny - 8-point, to be exact.

In theory, this product has great potential as I was excited to try out its features. The buttons are quite fiddly and require some trial and error to get them working correctly. However, after trying a few times, I realized that it's extremely difficult to insert pictures or numbers into the interface. My main issue is with the call cease function, which seems faulty and requires multiple attempts from technical support before anyone can assist.

Unfortunately, despite their claims of being open during certain hours, I've found that my issue has only been addressed by a few brief messages rather than any actual resolution. It's frustrating to feel like there's no one available to help when I need it the most. Overall, I've had a very disappointing experience with this product so far - ongoing!
