This is a very simple system to use. Contains 2 alarm buttons with I lanyards and 2 plug in receivers, which work very similarly to a doorbell. You can set each receiver to the required volume and can select from many different ringtones. This system is suitable for the vulnerable person where the caregiver is in the same home. I found this extremely helpful whilst caring for my husband. I have tested both units and they are in good working order. Please check out my feedback so you can bid with confidence.
