mobility scooter. used.this scooter has had the tiller head completely rewired and has had new key fob and curcuit board fitted batteries checked and show full 12v as you can see not put wiring back together or tiller cover back on as it now refuses to show any life im at a loss as to why therefore selling as it is now beyond my capability as to why it wont work someone with a bit of knowledge would have not much trouble on getting it going again .would be willing to split it down but would prefer it to go in one piece can deliver 40 mile radius
