Medical Pouch/ Cool Bag. Can be used for medical purposes such as trauma kits airway bag or as a cool bag or both ! Great for keeping medicines cool. The bag / pouch has two removable inserts that Velcro in meaning you can remove one or both depending on circumstances you could then use one or both somewhere else. I know a paramedic who keeps kit in a bag/ pouch but uses one insert with one side airway kit other side cancelation and sticks it in the thigh pocket of his work trousers ! A really good bag that can be adapted to many circumstances and a complete bargain at this price
