I was extremely impressed with the product's ability to securely attach my wound pads, providing excellent support and stability.

However, I was disappointed by the awkward process of removing the backing paper from the tape. It made the removal process much more challenging than I had anticipated. Overall, I would have given it a full 5 stars if not for this flaw.

The convenience of having a convenient solution for managing waste was undeniable, but sometimes I wish there were other options available.

It seems like the customer service team at this particular brand listened to my concerns and made some adjustments to their product that really helped me out in the long run. The new cut is just right - not too thin or too thick, it allows for a good grip on the stoma bag without being too restrictive. Overall I'm happy with how things have settled into place.
