NO batteries as these were removed when it was out in storage to stop leaks . Box has lots of storage marks and knocks unit is good with a few marks around it . Do not buy this if you don't know how to side load apps or already have the app . This is discontinued on Play and Apple stores so the app needs to be downloaded. We had it set up in an old android phone .
