APPLICATION INSTRUCTION-Length 26.5" and width 11.5". Fits sizes D and E, O2 oxygen tanks, and smaller tanks. When in use, put the oxygen cylinder into the sleeve. Pull the strap taut to the desired size, then loosen the strap on one side so the tank is off-center.
