WHAT IS THIS CUSHION FOR?. THE COVER & SIZE: With its soft faux leather cover the cushion is easily wiped clean with a damp cloth. I don't know about you but I find that the gap between my head and the car headrest is just too big; this cushion/support just fills that gap just right.
