Revolut Knee pillow. Foam insert inside good quality polyester cover. Zip fastening. Machine washable. Great idea to keep spine in good position for sleeping. I tried it once. I am just 5' 3" and petite and found it just a bit big for me to get into the right position. I am sure it would be fine for someone taller. ????
