Indications: For Cold Use: Place HypaGel in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. For Hot Use: Place HypaGel in hot (not boiling) water for 10 minutes. Can heat in a microwave covered with water in a microwaveable bowl for 1 minute (if room temp) or 75 seconds (if frozen).
