The HypaGel Hot/Cold Pack can be cooled in a refrigerator or freezer for use in cryotherapy, or heated in a microwave for use in thermotherapy. This product can be used with the soft compression cuff, which has elasticated straps, making it suitable for comfortable application to muscles or joints (Compression Cuff sold separately).
