This is un opened just been in a cupboard in a clean smoke free home. This is an insole to give support when completing sports for example Tennis. This insole works as a shock absorber and gives arch support. Feet will feel fresh and comfortable and it's an easy cuttable size. Please note suitable for all shoe types.
