Tena's quality has been impressive, and I've had a genuine experience with this product. A previous transaction from another seller raised concerns about authenticity - I suspect they may have produced replicas instead. Despite some minor flaws in packaging and shipping, the Tena product itself is excellent: it fits comfortably, absorbs well, and moves very little during the day. However, when it comes to presentation, I was disappointed with the delivery method used by this supplier. The attached photo shows a rather...unconventional approach to receiving their packages, which makes me wonder how they plan on keeping them organized in the future. As for overall satisfaction, I'd give it 1 star - unfortunately, the lack of respect shown towards my property has left a sour taste.

The second time my dad ordered from this supplier, he's extremely pleased with their products. I've got a decent set of TENA Men pads that have been performing adequately, nothing too extraordinary for me. While I haven't had the pleasure of trying anything else on the market, they're certainly an improvement over my old pad brand. I do think they offer a solid value considering their quality and performance. Overall, I'm fairly impressed with how they've held up in terms of comfort and support, even after multiple washes.
