Brand new in box with security seals still in place. These are UK SPECIFICATION, the same grade doctors in the NHS use. The vast majority of the others on eBay are Chinese and unreliable- you will not find them for sale in reputable retailers. I bought this from Boots, recommended by the Pharmacist, for my dad.
