It combines poly-absorbent fibres, which help trap exudate, slough and debris, with Urgo’s healing matrix, which helps rebalance the wound environment by reducing excess matrix metalloproteinases. The silicone border assists to keep the dressing in place, while the absorbent layer maintains a moist wound-healing environment and allows gentle removal.
