I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I've had with this product. It was damaged on arrival, which was a major letdown considering the expected quality.

Despite my best efforts, I've tried multiple times to return it, but unfortunately, it's been returned to me without being collected by customer service. This has made the whole process frustrating and unsatisfying.

I did manage to get some of the replacement parts that came with the new ramp, but they're not exactly what I needed. To make matters worse, these replacements are fine, which is a far cry from the original product's performance issues.
