The arm sling provides excellent support with its fully adjustable design, which allows users to customize the fit to their specific needs. When we compared this product to others on the market, we were impressed by its comfort level - a key factor in our decision-making process.

We made sure to measure arm length carefully to ensure that the sling is neither too tight nor too loose around the shoulders. What struck us as particularly effective was how easy it was to adjust the sling itself, with clear instructions and subtle black patches of Velcro on the straps allowing for a smooth operation.

Our experience has been more than satisfactory, considering we did have some challenges in getting started - after some trial and error, we were able to figure out how to use the sling effectively.

I was initially impressed by this sling's ability to provide better immobilization than traditional slings, allowing for several adjustments and reducing pressure on the shoulder. I've had a positive experience with its features overall, but there are two key issues that need to be addressed.

Firstly, the strap that secures the sling in place is designed to be positioned at the lower arm, which is great for offering support and immobilization, but it's sewn at the elbow/upper arm instead of just below the biceps. This makes it less efficient and creates a tight fit, especially when worn with the Velcro attachment.

Another problem I've encountered is that the length of the shoulder strap can't be adjusted in the same manner as the waist strap, making it more complicated to wear without assistance. Additionally, I experienced some damage from using this sling on the lower arm, which would have been avoided if the straps had been designed differently.

I've kept this sling because I needed a new one quickly after injury, but I'm hesitant to order another one due to concerns about its durability and comfort over time.
