This high-compression YIANNA faja colombiana post-surgical shapewear bodysuit is in great pre-owned condition, with the only flaw being some light blue denim staining near the crotch zipper area caused by wearing dark jeans over the garment (please see photos for details). Otherwise, it is in perfect structural condition with strong hooks, a smooth zipper, and excellent compression performance. Please note that while the official garment tag reads 3XL, this piece runs small and fits much more like a standard UK 2XL
