As new, only tried out once for dry run, no longer sadly needed. This was the second bath buddy we had purchased to replace an old one which we had had for years. The inflatable seat allows gentle lowering into and out of the bath with person in total control and allows you to be totally submerged into the bath as goes flat once deflated. Comes complete with instructions and carry bag if you want to take away with you. Collection from RG25 or postage available at buyers expense
