These miniature US hearing aids fit neatly into the ear canal and are fine for general use such as for watching TV. They come with various sizes of "closed" ear buds which can be difficult for new users to get on with. Easily solved by using "open" buds, or by simply cutting a hole or two in each bud as I have done. This set is no longer needed as I now have a pair of NHS aids.
